Fendi’s Playful Pastel S/S 2026 Show at Milan Fashion Week
At Milan Fashion Week S/S 2026, Fendi unveiled a pastel-filled collection of florals, sporty silhouettes, and statement bags, blending joy with elegance.
Milan, Sept 24, 2025 — Day 2 of Milan Fashion Week saw Italian luxury house Fendi unveil a joyful Spring/Summer 2026 collection, brimming with colour, craftsmanship, and modern flair.
Creative Director Silvia Venturini Fendi set a lively tone with candy-coloured skirts, airy dresses, sporty jackets, pastel furs, and bold handbags. Florals played a starring role — from cut-out daisies to fur coats crafted from flower motifs — while sporty zippered skirts, asymmetrical knit sarongs, and perforated leather pieces kept the silhouettes fresh and contemporary.

The runway itself, designed by Marc Newson, was a striking installation of multicoloured cubes, echoing the digital-meets-playful theme. Accessories also stole attention: Fendi’s iconic Peekaboo bags revealed sequined or tinsel-lined interiors, while scrunched leather totes and beaded accents showcased the house’s imaginative side. Jewelry by Delfina Delettrez Fendi added a personal, family touch.

Despite a few footwear hiccups as models paused to fix sling-backs, the atmosphere remained upbeat, amplified by a soundtrack sampling Italian cinema. The multigenerational casting further underlined Fendi’s inclusive spirit.

The show coincided with the unveiling of Fendi’s new seven-floor flagship on Via Monte Napoleone, complete with an atelier, restaurant, and curated archives, signaling the maison’s deepening connection to both heritage and innovation.

With its pastel optimism and playful craftsmanship, Fendi reaffirmed its position as a leader in contemporary Italian style while hinting at a bolder, more experimental future.
